NE_3_ShatterTransition.js has been updated to Version 1.02. There was some residual codes not regarding the shatter transition that was making letter sound in Message Window. Sorry for the issue!
Shatter Battle Transition is a plugin for Rpg Maker MZ that replaces the default battle transition. The new transition simulates a shattering glass effect all over the screen before transferring the scene to the battle.
The plugin is almost plug-and-play. There are only few parameters
This plugin is provided with two plugin parameters.
SHATTER TRANSITION DURATION -> This parameter deals with the speed of the transition. Higher is the value slower will be whole transition process.
DELAY FORMULA (Update Version 1.01) -> This formula calculates the movement's animation delay between a shatter and the next one.
So, after the ending of the delay the movement it's performed in the "Shatter Transition Duration".
My suggestion for working with this new parameter is to work specifically between the values in the _randomRange method combining it with the "Shatter Transition Duration"'s parameter. However, you can make as much as experiment you want for finding a perfect balance.
WARNING! Take in account that a delay very near (or equal to 0) will have as effect that the shattered pieces will move together having as result a strange fixed effect.
SHATTER BREAK SOUND -> This is the sound played when the screen shatters. It's taken from the audio/se/ folder.
This plugin is compatible with VisuStella's core's plugins and It should not give problems with other plugins if the don't affect battle transition.
RPG MAKER VERSION:
The plugin is developed on Rpg Maker MZ - Version 1.0.0 and with the related PIXI.js Version 5.2.4.
This plugin is not compatible with RPG MAKER MV.
VISUSTELLA'S HIERARCHY SYSTEM
For avoiding incompatibilities and for helping the community to place correctly plugins inside the plugin manager, we decided to use the filename format of VisuStella's hierarchy system. If you don't know of what I'm talking about, you can give a look on their explanation video.
