GENERAL

Hello! Blue_MenuRing.js has been updated to newer version. I know that it has been a long time since an update - i'm sorry, my job is taking me quite busy - but I have decided to do this small update since it was an easy small fix! 

Essentially, now the Help Window will show the correct first command description instead of the last one.
